Yes.

Acupuncture is one of the safest methods of helping the body promote its natural healing function.

During treatment hair-thin, single-use sterilized disposable needles are used. Strict safety controls are observed in accordance with Federal and OSHA regulations.

There are nearly zero side effects from acupuncture. Occasionally a slight bruise, or ache may occur at the site of needle insertion. Upon insertion of the needle, many people feel a brief pinch. Some experience a dull ache around the needle insertion sight.

Most clients have a sense of deep relaxation and increased sensory awareness immediately after treatment.

All commercial Chinese herbal medicine and nutritional supplements I use are tested rigorously for pesticides, heavy metals, or other toxins. I do sometimes incorporate some wild crafted domestic herbs, and home grown herbs, which haven’t been tested but are hand harvested from pristine environments.
